Brother Captain Stern. This piece went to a friend of mine
Let me just say that this year has been fucking crazy. I’ve moved like 3 times and have since joined the military. Hooah!
But, I have finished quite a few things. I have about 1/3 of the Space Hulk set complete. I have finished some Forge World drop troops, a few random pieces for friends, and have started a handful of other projects. Currently, I’m working on a Dreadknight my brother bought me for Christmas. I report back to training on the 4th of January, so it’s not going to get finished, but I WILL post pics when I can.
But I am working on stuff, the college semester is comming to anend and it’s really kicking my ass.
I’ve got a Blood Angels Assult squad in the works, along with a miniature from Kabuki. Keep an eye out of these.
Long time no update.
Without further adue, here is an Ultramarines Diorama WIP. I’m going to use OSL on the plasma pistol, and have that reflect mostly on the Ultramarines Captain and some on the tau who is going to be exicuted with the wrath of the Emperor :D.
So, to challenge myself and to attempt to educate my fellow miniature fanatics, I’ll be making my first ever tutorial. I’m going to do it on making a Display base, like those commonly found on Golden Demon entries. I’m doing this the cheap way, because paying 10 dollars for a premade, plain product doesen’t suit my needs.
The entire thing is still in it’s trial phase, but pictures have been taken. I’m simply waiting for a finished product.
Look foward to seeing me post these in the future:
Also, I need to just take Photos of these:
Here’s the Chaos Lord I painted for my youngest brother as a Christmas Gift. This model also took me 12 hours to paint, and I’m not as impressed with the end result as I am with Logan. The cape, on the other hand, knocks Logan’s out of the park, in my opinion.
Here’s an Ultramarines Sternguard Marine with Heavy Flamer conversion I’m supposed to be putting in the DakkaDakka Great Marine Swap. The Heavy Flamer was made from Devistator Multi Melta with the frunt nozzles cut off, the replaced with the old school Heavy Flamer spout that comes from the 2nd generation Leman Russ tank
